No, you don’t need any special equipment, other than a computer or phone/tablet that has a functioning camera and microphone. For the best possible experience we recommend using a Desktop or Laptop with Chrome or Safari as the browser. Tip: Cast or Mirror your computer screen to a TV for a plus size experience!
No other software is required. Tastefully provides a fully integrated and seamless video experience to provide the best possible experience. Check this demo page out for a preview of how accessing and joining a live experience looks like (Note that the page will auto termiinate 1 minute after opening)
To access your on-demand tasting experience video, simply log in to your account at LiveTasteful.ly and click on “Orders.” Navigate to the order you placed and click on it. On the order page, scroll down to the “Experience Access” section and click on the “HERE” link to access your live video share with the sommelier. We will also send you an email notification from which you can access your live experience video at the time that it is scheduled.

If your wine isn’t received before your live virtual experience, let us know and we’ll work with you to reschedule your experience at a time that works for you and for the sommelier. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you reschedule and make sure your wine is still en route.
Yes, your on-demand video will eventually expire. You have 45 days from the date of your purchase to watch your on-demand tasting experience video. You can watch the video as many times as you like before it expires and is no longer accessible.

You can reschedule your tasting experience at any time. However, if it is within 72 hours of your scheduled tasting experience, there will be a $30 rescheduling fee.

Due to the nature of the products (wine) being shipped, once your order has been placed and successfully transacted, we are unable to offer any refunds or cancellations. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Underneath the video screen for your on-demand or live experience, you’ll see all of the bottles of wine included in that experience, available for purchase. These bottles are available for individual purchase on this site as well, just search by the wine using the search bar at the top of this page.
Yes, absolutely. We offer Sommilier hosted Bring your own Wine (BYOW) style experiences where you can purchase the wine separately and bring it to your tasting event. Browse available BYOW experiences here.
If your wine arrives broken, please send us photos of the damaged bottle(s) and let us know what bottles need to be replaced and we’ll get them shipped out to you ASAP. We’ll do our best to ship the replacements to you such that you don’t need to reschedule your live tasting experience.
If the shipment is incorrect, we’ll do our best to remedy the situation before your scheduled tasting experience. If it’s not possible to get the correct wine to you, we’ll help you reschedule your tasting experience free of charge.
We currently ship to all US states except Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dokaota, Rhode Island, and Utah
At this time, we only support shipping all the wine from a single experience to one location.
Yes, the shipment must be signed for by someone who is 21 years of age or older.
